Easy peasy! Just go to your post settings and set the audience to 'Friends except...' or 'Specific friends'. You're in control!
Head over to Privacy Settings and Tool, and you can set 'Who can see your future posts' to only certain people or exclude specific friends.
Psst, best way? Use Lists! Create custom friend lists and share posts only with those lists. Works like a charm.
