You'll need to set one PS4 or PS5 as the primary console. Then, activate PS Plus on that primary account. Other accounts on the same console can use PS Plus benefits!

First, ensure your main account has PS Plus. Then, go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5. Done, other users on that console are good to go.
