Unfortunately, you can't link your Apex account from PS4 to PC. You have to start fresh if you switch platforms.

As of now, cross-progression isn't supported for Apex Legends between PS4 and PC. Your best bet is to grind those levels again!

Yeah, EA hasn't enabled account linking for Apex Legends across different platforms yet. Guess you'll need to level up twice the fun way!
