To link outposts in Starfield, you'll need to build a cargo link at each outpost. Once you’ve built the cargo link, interact with it and select the other outpost you want to connect. This setup will let resources flow between them like a space-age Amazon Prime!

As someone who's clocked a few hours in Starfield, linking outposts is all about cargo links. Just build them at each outpost and select the destination. Easy peasy!
