You can't directly transfer a PlayStation Plus subscription to another account. Just set the account with PS Plus as the primary on the PS4/PS5, and all users on that console can benefit from the subscription.

Once you set an account with PS Plus as the primary on your console, all other accounts on the console will enjoy PS Plus benefits. It's a neat workaround!
