Linking Steam to Epic Games isn't a direct process because they're competitors, but you can add non-Epic games to your Epic library manually. Open Epic Games Launcher, go to 'Settings,' scroll down to 'Manage Games' and add a game by browsing to its location on your computer. This won't 'link' the accounts, but it lets you launch Steam games from Epic!

Actually, there's no official way to link Steam and Epic Games accounts together. They're separate platforms. Best you can do is add Steam games to your Epic library manually for convenience.
