You can't, period. Valorant's a PC game, not on Xbox.
There's a bit of confusion here. Valorant doesn't run on Xbox; it's purely for PC players. So, linking accounts across the two isn't a thing. Maybe someday in the future, we'll see Valorant on consoles, but for now, it's keyboard and mouse territory only.
