Ain't happening, chief. Valorant's on PC only and doesn't play ball with Xbox or any console accounts. Best you can do is enjoy the game on PC and make a new friend in your Riot account.
Short answer - ya can't. Valorant and Xbox are like oil and water; they don't mix. Stick to your PC and Riot account for all things Valorant.
