Why bother with Warframe Market when you can just trade in-game? Save some time and talk to players directly.
I've done this a bunch of times. Basically, you just need to make sure your Warframe account is linked, go to your profile on Warframe Market, and click 'Add Listing'. Then you type in the item, price, and hit save.
