Honestly, locking doors is a bit of a waste in Fallout 76. Most players can pick those locks faster than a radroach scuttling across your floor. Better off spending resources on turrets and traps to keep those unwelcome guests away!

Just slap a lock on it in build mode. Don't overthink it, chief.

Locking your door in Fallout 76 isn't as tricky as it sounds! Just head into build mode, aim at the door you wanna lock, and press the button prompt to change the lock (it's different depending on what you play on, so look out for that prompt). You can pick lock levels 0 through 3, with each level requiring a higher skill in lockpicking to break into. Remember, higher lock levels mean spending more of your precious resources, so lock wisely!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
