Just go to Settings on your Facebook app, then Privacy Settings, and there you can lock down your entire account with a few clicks.
As someone who locks and unlocks my profile regularly for different reasons, I find that the Lock Profile feature on Facebook is a lifesaver. Just hit the three dots on your profile page and select 'Lock Profile.'
You can't actually lock your account, just make it as private as possible using privacy settings.
