To lock regions in PUBG Mobile, you need to go to the 'Settings' menu, find the 'Basic' tab, and then you can select the preferred region under the 'Server' option. Super easy!

You can't really 'lock' regions, but you can change your server to restrict matchmaking to specific regions. Cheers!
