Just log out of your current Fortnite account in the main menu and then sign in with a different one. Easy peasy!
To log into a different Fortnite account on PS5, first log out of your current account by clicking your profile icon and selecting 'Sign Out.' Next, sign into the new account by entering its credentials in the login screen.
Sign out of the PS5 user and then sign back in with the new account you want to use for Fortnite. That's all there is to it.
Just log out of your current PSN account, log in with the new one, and start Fortnite.
