Easy peasy! Just go to Settings on your PS4, then Account Management > Sign Out. After that, just sign in with the new account and launch Fortnite!

Just log out from your current PSN account and log in with the other one. Done.

Go to Settings > Account Management > Sign Out. Then log in with the other PSN account linked to the Fortnite account you want to use.

From personal experience, you need to log out of your PSN account first. Then, log in with a different PSN account that has your other Fortnite profile linked. Simple as that.
