On a mobile device: Profile -> Hamburger Menu -> Settings -> Log Out. On the web: Profile -> Gear Icon -> Log Out. Simple as that!

If you're on a computer, click the profile icon in the top right, then the gear icon. Click 'Log Out' and you're done. Boom!
