To log out, head to your profile, tap those three horizontal lines, hit Settings, then scroll down and you'll see the Log Out option. Easy peasy!
From personal experience, it's best to log out from the Settings menu on your profile page. Tap the three lines, select Settings, then scroll down to find Log Out. Done and done!
