Open Netflix, then press the 'Options' button on your controller, go to 'Settings', and choose 'Sign Out'. Easy peasy!

Navigate to the Netflix app on your PS4, open it, then press the 'O' button on your controller to bring up the menu and select 'Settings'. Scroll down and select 'Sign Out'. Voila!
