Go to the Instagram settings, find 'Log Out,' and choose the account you want to log out from. Easy peasy!
Just head to your profile, tap the hamburger menu, hit Settings, tap Log Out of [username], and you're golden!
From personal experience, just go to your profile, tap the three lines, go to Settings, then Security, and select the account to log out.
