Hey there! To log out of your PSN account on a PS Vita, go to Settings > PlayStation Network > System Activation > Game and select Deactivate. Then, you can go to Settings again, tap Format, and choose Restore the PS Vita System. This will log out your current account, but take note that it’ll reset the console.

Simple way: Go to Settings > PSN > Sign Out. If you need to switch accounts, you might need to reset your Vita. Kind of a bummer, but it does the trick!
