You can't directly log out of Valorant without opening the game through the Valorant client or game itself. However, you could change your Riot Games account password through their website. This forces a sign-out on all devices next time you try to access the game, effectively logging you out.
There's no logout button outside of the game. Your best shot is altering your password on the Riot Games site to force a logout everywhere.
To log out without opening Valorant, just change your account's password on Riot's official website. Once changed, it logs out all active sessions. Worked for me when I needed to kick my roommate off my account remotely!
