Old school method? Get a binder and card sleeves, then organize your cards however you like - by set, color, or even alphabetically. It's hands-on, lets you admire your collection easily, and is super satisfying.
I've been logging mine in a dedicated notebook. Each page represents a different set, and I draw little boxes for each card. It's a lot of work, but really fun and personal!
Just use an app. It's 2023, why make life hard?
There's an app for that! Several, actually. Apps like Pokellector or TCGplayer make it easy to track your collection, see values, and even manage trades. They're user-friendly and specifically designed for Pokemon card collectors.
