Easy peasy! Just turn on your PS4 or PS5, head over to the PlayStation Store, and sign in with your PlayStation Network (PSN) account. Once in, navigate to PlayStation Plus and log in with your subscription details if needed.

From personal experience, after turning on your PS4 or PS5, you just need to select the PlayStation Plus icon from the home screen. Enter your PSN credentials and you're good to go!
