Cross-save isn't available yet in Warframe, so you can't directly log into your PC Warframe account using your PS4 account. You'll need to start a new account on PC, unfortunately.

From experience, switching to PC meant starting from scratch since Warframe doesn’t support PS4-PC cross-save yet. It's a bummer but worth it for the higher frames!

Currently, Warframe doesn't support cross-save between PS4 and PC. You will have to start fresh on PC.
