You can log out by going to the settings menu in the game, selecting the account tab, and pressing 'Log Out'. Easy as pie!

Just press the Home button on your Switch, close the game, and restart it. You'll be prompted to log in again.

Go to the main menu, select the settings icon (the gear), then choose the 'Log Out' option under the 'Account' tab.
