On the app, go to your profile, tap the menu (three lines), then Settings, and scroll down. You'll see 'Log Out.' On the web, click on your profile picture in the top right, then 'Log Out' from the dropdown. Simple!
Lol, took me forever to find it! Profile > Three lines > Settings > Scroll to the bottom > Log Out. Done and done.
