Go to the Netflix app, click on the menu icon (usually on the left), scroll down to 'Get Help', and choose 'Sign out'. Easy peasy!
Menu > Get Help > Sign out. Boom, you're logged out!
From personal experience, navigating to the Netflix menu, then 'Get Help', and finally hitting 'Sign out' always does the trick.
