You can't look at someone's inventory, but you can check their profile for some info on their loadouts and achievements.
You can't directly view another player's inventory in Warframe due to privacy settings. Better to ask them to show specific items or trade with you!
I've been playing Warframe for years. Best bet is to ask the player directly if they can show you their items or loadout.
