How to Lower the Hood in Tears of the Kingdom
To lower the hood, you gotta go to your inventory and select the 'Armor' tab. Simply select the hood you're wearing and unequip it. Poof! The hood be gone, and Link's glorious hair is free to feel the Hyrule breeze!

Actually, there's no specific button to just lower the hood. It's more about unequipping the hood entirely if you don't wanna cover up Link's head. Just remove it from your armor slot, and you're good to go!
