If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection. Ethernet cables might not score style points, but they'll definitely help with your connection speed.
First, check your internet connection鈥攎ake sure you're not downloading big files or streaming a 4K movie while you're playing Arsenal. If that doesn't help, try connecting to a server that's geographically closest to you. Less distance, less lag!
