In my experience, you need to go to Settings, then to Graphics, and from there, you'll see an option called Render Resolution. Adjust it based on your preference. Your GPU will thank you!
To lower the render resolution, go to the Graphics settings in-game and find the Render Resolution slider. Move it left for lower resolution. Voila!
Settings > Graphics > Render Resolution. Move the slider. Done.
