Oh man, cruising in a lowrider in GTA San Andreas is a vibe! So, here's what you gotta do: first, make sure you're in a lowrider. Not every car can do the bouncy bouncy, ya know? Once you're in the right wheels, press the '2' key to start the hydraulics. Then, you use the arrow keys to control the car's movement and make it hop or stay low. The '8', '4', '6', and '2' keys are your best friends here for front, left, right, and back hydraulics control. Get ready to bounce through the streets!

Just press '2' and use the arrow keys. That's it. Why complicate it?

Real talk, my first time trying to figure out the lowrider controls was hilarious. I ended up flipping my car more than actually bouncing it. But yeah, '2' key for hydraulics and arrow keys to control the direction. And maybe, don't flip your car like I did!
