You need to dodge a lot of attacks. Head to a safe spot, let enemies target you, and start dodging their moves. More dodges = more Haki levels!

To level up your Observation Haki, just dodge attacks! The more you dodge, the more levels you gain. Easy peasy!

From experience, I found it best to train Observation Haki by luring a bunch of enemies and just weaving through their attacks. It takes some practice but it's worth it!
