How to macro in Bee Swarm Simulator on mobile

You can try using an auto-clicker app available on your mobile app store. Make sure it follows Roblox's TOS to avoid any trouble.
I've used Macrodroid on Android to auto-click every few seconds. It works well but be cautious about excessive use.
