You can have up to five Instagram accounts! Go to settings, click 'Add Account', then 'Create New Account'. Simple as 1-2-3!
First-hand experience here! I just made my second account by going to profile settings and selecting 'Add Account'. It let me create a new one with different details. Now I can post twice the cat pics!
Just use a different email or phone number and sign up again.
