I made one myself using an old jacket, fabric paint, and some printed templates. Took a weekend but totally worth it!
If you're handy with a needle, start with a brown military-style jacket, then add embroidered patches. You can get the patches from Etsy or anime shops online.
Just buy one! There are tons of official merch sites that sell them, no sewing machine needed.
