Super simple! Just get the 'Plain Parking Lot' from build mode under the Decorations tab and place it where you want.

I usually just lay out some floor tiles for the parking spaces and then add parking lines using the 'Structural' items. Works like a charm!

Use build mode and place tiles on the ground to make parking spaces. Add 'Plain Parking Lot' from Decorations for a real parking lot feel!
