You can't craft it, bud. Save up 2 platinum coins and buy it from the Steampunker after beating a mechanical boss. It's the only way!

No DIY here, friend. The Clentaminator is a purchase-only item. Defeat a mechanical boss, and it's shopping time with the Steampunker.

Sadly, you can't make a Clentaminator in Terraria. You gotta buy it from the Steampunker NPC for 2 platinum coins. She only shows up after you've defeated at least one mechanical boss. So, gear up, defeat a boss, and save those coins!
