Honestly, the Cloud in a Bottle? It's all about the grind. I must've raided fifty chests before I finally found mine. It was in a Gold Chest in some obscure cavern I stumbled upon. Totally worth it for the double jump ability it gives you. Keep at it, and don't get discouraged!

Oh, just find it in a chest. No biggie.

Making a Cloud in a Bottle in Terraria is pretty straightforward but requires a bit of luck and exploration. First, you need to find yourself rummaging through Chests in the Cavern layers. These chests can randomly contain a Cloud in a Bottle. No crafting required; just some good old fashioned spelunking! Keep an eye out for Gold Chests specifically, they have a higher chance of containing this elusive item.
