Just make them fight all the time! Choose every negative interaction you can. Eventually, you’ll get the 'Break Up' option. It’s just like real life, amirite?

First, have one Sim be rude to the other by selecting mean interactions like 'Insult' or 'Complain.' Keep it up until their relationship bar turns red. Then, you'll see the option for 'Break Up' appear.
