The easiest way is to use the Basic Shape tools! Combine a cylinder and a few wedges for the base and blades. Add a bit of color, and you've got yourself a fan!
Just buy a 'Decorative Fan' from Build Mode. Less hassle, more time to play.
I've made one using the 'Modern Chair' and small basic shapes. Just tweak and place as needed! Works like a charm.
