Making a door in Rec Room is super fun and not too complicated! First, you'll wanna open your Maker Pen, it's your best friend for creating stuff in-game. Then, choose 'Shapes' and select a shape that looks like a door to you. Place it where you want your door. Now, for the door to actually work like one, you'll need to set up a 'Gizmo'. Specifically, a 'Rotation Gizmo' will let your door swing open or closed. Attach one side of the gizmo to your door. Remember, tinkering is key in Rec Room, so don't be afraid to experiment with settings to get that perfect door swing!

Honestly? Just slap a door-shaped object where you want and call it a day. Real doors are overrated in virtual worlds anyway.

Too long, didn鈥檛 read version: Maker Pen -> Shapes for the door -> Rotation Gizmo to make it swing. Bam, you're an architect now.

If you're a Rec Room player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Rec Room gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
