To make a fashion collection in Sims FreePlay, you'll need to do the 'Fashion Designer' hobby. Just tap on the Fashion Studio and start designing! Level up to unlock new items to complete your collection.
You need the Fashion Studio. Once you have it, select a Sim to start the 'Fashion Designer' hobby. Collect all items to complete your collection!
