Making a fishing pole in Terraria is super easy and a great way to spend your in-game time! First thing you need, grab some wood - any kind works. Head over to a Work Bench, and if you've got enough wood (8 pieces to be precise), you can craft a basic Wooden Fishing Pole. If you're looking for something a bit fancier and with better fishing power, keep an eye out for Iron or Lead Bars. With 8 bars and an anvil, you can craft either the Reinforced Fishing Pole or the Fisher of Souls, depending on if you're using Iron or Lead. Happy fishing!

Honestly, fishing in Terraria is underrated. Great way to get food and materials early on. Just craft any pole you can and start fishing. You'll thank yourself later!

Quick tip: don't waste time on the basic fishing pole if you can get iron or lead fast. The better the pole, the better the fish you'll catch!
