You gotta log into your friend's account on your PS5. Then, head to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play. Make sure this option is enabled. Boom, their account is now the primary one on your PS5!

Log in with their account on your PS5, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, and enable it. Simple as that.
