Creating your own Funko Pop Kakashi would be an awesome project! You could start with a blank DIY Funko Pop figure and use acrylic paints for his distinctive features. Don't forget his silver hair and the signature Sharingan eye! Sculpting clay could come in handy for adding unique elements like his headband. Finish it off with a matte sealant to protect your work.

Honestly, just customize an existing ninja Funko Pop. A Naruto or Sasuke Pop could be a good base. Swap out parts, repaint it, and bam, you've got Kakashi. Might not be perfect but it'll definitely be fun and unique!

Why make one when you can probably find a Kakashi Funko Pop out there? Less mess, less fuss.

I actually made one! Started with a basic male Funko figure, used modeling clay for the hair and headband, and got super detailed with acrylics for his outfit and eye. Took patience, but super proud of it!
