Making a glass bottle in Terraria is pretty simple! First, you gotta get some sand. You can find sand in desert biomes - just dig it up with a pickaxe. Once you've got your sand, head over to a Furnace to smelt it into glass. For each glass bottle, you'll need 2 pieces of glass. Now, with your glass in the inventory, just stand near a Furnace again, and you'll see the option to craft glass bottles. Easy peasy!

Honestly, who even uses glass bottles? Just go for the big weapons and armor. But yeah, sand into glass at a Furnace, then craft your bottles if you really want to.
