Making a glowing mushroom farm in Terraria is like setting up your very own magical forest! First, you need to find some Mushroom Grass Seeds which drop from glowing mushrooms in the underground mushroom biome. Then, grab some mud from anywhere - seriously, mud's everywhere in Terraria. Once you've got your seeds and mud, create a flat area in your world - underground or above ground works, but make sure it's at least 100 blocks wide for ample mushroom growth. Lay down the mud and plant your seeds. Keep the area dark (mushrooms love the dark), and before you know it, you'll have a glowing mushroom farm twinkling away.

Just slap down some mud, plant the seeds, and wait. No PhD required.

Actually, making it above ground is way cooler. You can create a glowing mushroom biome on the surface and it looks awesome at night!
