Making a Hot Wheels car drift might seem tough, but it's all about the setup and execution. First, you gotta have the right surface - something smooth but with a bit of grip, like a laminated floor or a tabletop. Then, it's all about the angle and the flick. Hold your Hot Wheels car between your thumb and forefinger, aim it slightly sideways towards the direction you want to drift, and give it a solid flick. The trick is in the wrist action; too soft and it won't drift, too hard and it'll spin out. Practice makes perfect!

Honestly, just flick it sideways and hope for the best. Sometimes they drift, sometimes they do donuts. It's a toy car lottery.

I got my Hot Wheels to drift by slightly modifying it. Added some weight to the back end with a little bit of modeling clay. It's not purist, but hey, it drifts like butter on a hot pan now.
