To craft a Laser Drill in Terraria, you can't actually craft it the traditional way. Instead, you need to defeat the Martian Madness event and hope for a drop from the Martian Saucer boss. It's got a 11.11% chance to drop, so you may need a few attempts. Gear up and good luck!
