First, find a player with good stats you want as a mentor, then go to the mentoring option under MyTeam and assign them to the player you want to improve. Easy peasy!
Mentoring is a feature available under MyTeam. Just pick a baller with high ratings and assign them to a newer player.
Mentors are overrated. Just focus on upgrading your players directly with VC!
